Motif and Theme<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have always\u00a0wanted a day garden reception. It seems more relaxed and\u00a0more cheerful. I wanted it bright and sun\u00a0so what better color to\u00a0pick than yellow?<\/p>\n

What were your fears prior to the wedding? How did you deal with\u00a0it? <\/strong><\/p>\n

They say that sometimes brides-to-be will have\u00a0nightmares about their wedding day. And yes, it did happen to me. I\u00a0was afraid of not being able to book all the needed suppliers on time. I was afraid\u00a0of rain, and that some of the suppliers won’t deliver what was\u00a0agreed upon.<\/p>\n

\nThey were the first ones I booked since I like their clean and non-pretentious shots. I booked them first right after I got engaged since\u00a0I just fell in love with their shots at my friends wedding.<\/p>\n

\nIt was my coordinator that suggested him. She said that what’s unique\u00a0about him is he really makes an effort to make each of his videos\u00a0unique, depending on the couples personality. Bridal and entourage gown Ryan Madamba<\/strong>
\nI loooove my gown! He became my friend and I loooove how he stayed beside me during the wedding and how he\u00a0prayed with me before the church door opened. He is real nice and\u00a0talented. We both love Ellie Saab, so if that’s your style, simple and\u00a0elegant do check him out. His instagram is @byryanmadamba<\/p>\n

<\/a>Coat: Gardini<\/strong>
\nEasy transaction, looks good and very affordable. I highly recommend\u00a0them. They also rent suits so should your entourage need one you can\u00a0recommend them.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Make up artist Chi Chi Sotomil<\/strong>
\nPerfect!!!! I did a lot of trial make-ups with various make-up artists.\u00a0I am very particular with make-up. She is just perfect. She did both\u00a0my pre-nup and wedding day make-up. I will return to her for special\u00a0events.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Entourage Mua: Joy Ramirez<\/strong>
\nHis team is the one in charge of all my grad pics since med school.\u00a0Very affordable at 800 per head within Manila and 1000 if out of town (Rates apply as of Len’s wedding)<\/em>.\u00a0Everyone looked pretty. They also arrived very early and can d0 make-ups very fast with high quality.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Coordinator: Joed See Events<\/strong>
\nJoed is my grade school friend so I booked her right away. Without\u00a0bias, I can say her team is amazing. I had no problems during the\u00a0wedding day and the days before that. Highly recommended.<\/p>\n

Flowers Sweetstems<\/strong>
\nI got to know her through\u00a0WaW<\/a>\u00a0and I liked her posts at Facebook. I loved my bridal bouquet\u00a0and so did the
\nphotographers.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Host: Darlene Tan Salazar<\/strong>
\nStress-free. The guests all raved about how good she is. And it’s like\u00a0having a second coordinator. I really don’t need to explain how good\u00a0she is. Everyone knows about her here at WaW<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Invites: Global Invitations<\/strong>
\nPros: cheap and really good-looking. Everyone can’t stop raving about\u00a0our passport invite. Everyone loved it. They’re a bit to transact with, though, so you have to be super duper kulit like me.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Cake: Joy San Gabriel<\/strong>
\nHer cake just tastes soooooo good and her\u00a0style is very elegant. They are also so sweet\u00a0as they gave us wedding\u00a0presents. Joy San Gabriel can be more\u00a0expensive compared to other cake suppliers but if taste is important to you, you will love her.\u00a0Amaretto is such a winner!<\/p>\n

<\/a>Caterer: k by Cunanan<\/strong>
\nThey were my non-negotiable. Everyone can’t stop talking about how\u00a0good the food is. I also love their styling ever since. It was a bit\u00a0hard to transact with them\u00a0and\u00a0the response time was\u00a0long. Communication, however, \u00a0improved weeks before my\u00a0wedding so it was worth it.<\/p>\n

Preps:\u00a0Villa Ibarra<\/strong>
\nI booked them since the hotel has a good view and only has eight rooms. It was easy to reserve all the rooms, which we did. So, the night\u00a0before it was only family in the whole hotel.<\/p>\n

\nPerfect is\u00a0all I have to say.<\/p>\n

\nHe is based in Singapore but goes home here sometimes.\u00a0A\u00a0WaW Directory<\/a>\u00a0classified ads find, he is really good and very affordable.<\/p>\n

\nWe were not able to get one for us. They closed early kasi may next\u00a0wedding. Guests enjoyed it, though.<\/p>\n

Band: Mhadz and Dzhei<\/strong>
\nVery good and very affordable. Easy to transact with them. No regrets at all.<\/p>\n

A lot. Not only did WaW help me scout for suppliers but more\u00a0importantly, I was able to meet a lot of good friends. These are brides who\u00a0shared the same anxiety with me about preparing for a wedding. And\u00a0it’s only fellow brides to be that will understand how stressful it is\u00a0to prepare for one.<\/p>\n

What are the advantages\/perks of being a WaWie? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Amazing new\u00a0friends. Learning about supplier feedback is a bonus.<\/p>\n

Message or tips to WaW community?<\/strong>
\nI think that it’s better to meet the people in person. So if you have\u00a0time to attend at least one of the community’s events, do so. Meeting\u00a0Mimma is always a pleasure. Looking at how she has started this\u00a0community is amazing. Weddings are one of the happiest yet sometimes\u00a0stressful events in ones life and what better way to prepare for it\u00a0than to meet new friends and have tons of fun and girl chikahan along\u00a0the way.<\/p>\n
