* * The 2-day classes for the Basic Course and the Advance Course shall be held simultaneously.
* * We shall accept no more than 25 students per class, so it will be more personalized.

  1. Make your payment at any PS Bank branch, payable to the account of Phil. Association of Wedding Planners, Current Account No. 103-102-00030-2 (PS Bank Libis Branch).
  2. Fax deposit slip with your NAME, TELEPHONE & FAX NUMBER/S and EMAIL ADDRESS to Ms. Nenita Zagala at (tel/fax) (63-2) 421-2168.
  3. An Official Receipt will be faxed back to you. The original Official Receipt shall be given on the day of the seminar.
  4. We shall email to you the Registration Form which you have to fill up and sign.
  5. Fax the Registration Form to 822-6191 (The Social Connection’s office).

NOTE: If depositing in check, last day to deposit Metro Manila clearing check is on Thursday, March 27, 2008. If depositing in cash, last day is on Tuesday, April 2, 2008.
