(US $2.00) each. About the Calendar: This is one of the two desktop galleries that we came out with for the year 2005. This collection could have been called “Ride Bride, Broom Groom” were it not for the comment of the comment of an honest friend calling that tag cheesy. We are glad we listened and thought of a better title. Whew! “Hitched”–the 2005 W@W Desktop Gallery (Volume 2)–is a collection of photographs of brides & grooms with vehicles of various shapes and sizes. Here, 12 noted photographers showcase couples in traditional and not-so-traditionalbridal cars, beneath a confetti-showering plane, and in the midst of traffic jam. Included in this collection are works of Mike Llorin whose untimely demise came a week after he agreed to take part in this calendar. His posthumous participation in this gallery would not have been possible had he not left word with his family about this project. As 2004 comes to a close, may the sad endings spring new hope for the coming year. Happy New Beginnings!
