About the Calendar:

God-centered marriage – that is fundamentally how every union must be. That is also what’s behind the theme for our 2006 W@W Desktop Gallery “Altar-Bound.”

This year’s collection gathers just some of the most picturesque churches in and around Metro Manila, one in Tarlac and a couple atop cool mountain locations in the southern region of Luzon. These places of worship were personally handpicked by each of our featured photographers from their portfolio of countless wedding images. As you will see in the succeeding pages, every church has its own unique appeal. This is evident from the ornate or simple design of its architecture, to the intricate details of its respective altar.

Indeed, an altar-bound couple has countless choices where they could exchange their marriage vows. We provided some relevant info about these churches at the back of each calendar month for easy reference. Sadly, however, wedding ceremonies may no longer be allowed in a couple of chapels featured in this gallery due to new church restrictions.

But no matter where it is held, we at WeddingsAtWork.com know that staying true to your vows is what matters most in the end.
